WordCamp Europe – it begins

As I sit here winging my way across Europe at some stupid o’clock in the morning after only a couple of hours sleep, I’m contemplating what WordCamp Europe will hold for me.

Already I’ve met some cool WordPress peeps at the airport and the excitement levels for it all are rising. I have volunteered my time to help support the event and look forward to getting involved over the next couple of days.

I’m hoping the weekend will see some new friendships within the community forged and looking forward to meeting people I’ve only ever interacted with online and of course it’s going to be great to see some familiar faces.

I’m sure the planning of WordCamp London 2015 will be a topic of discussion and I’ll be on the lookout for potential supporters/sponsors of the event.
